So, following the sizing guidelines, I ordered a small instead of an XS. Boy, should I have ordered DOWN. The dress' layers/rouching isn't the most flattering. The layers "move," not static, so sometimes they can get bunchy. I'm going to have to have the waist taken in about an inch and a half, because if not, I look like I'm wearing a shiny trashbag. I wish I'd ordered two sizes and returned one, but now it's too late. The boning is a little sharp inside, I'll see if I can have a tailor remove the boning. I thought the neckline would be more flattering as well, but it's kind of "blah," even with the little 'wing' at the top right corner. Oh well, we'll see if we can make improvements!
