I'm about 6 feet tall, about 42 inch chest, and weigh somewhere around 170-180 pounds. I'm really happy with the fit of the shirt. It only runs just a tad bit too small, I wouldn't say moderately. I'd say just barely small. However, it turned out a great fit. Being lean and tall means I have to pay attention to these kinds of details. A lot of times my shirts are either a little baggy or a little too short, but this is just long enough and snug enough. So I'd highly recommend it if you have similar measurements!
