The reviews had it right
I was on the waitlist for a few weeks before I was able to purchase the jacket. I followed the reviews and the jacket does run large. I would normally be a S but opted for an XS due to the reviews. The jacket fits great as an XS. I own a Mackage leather jacket and the texture does not compare. The leather is a little rough and is definitely thin. I think the jacket would work well for a Spring/Fall jacket instead of winter. I'm still very pleased with the jacket and find the style quite flattering.
My only complaint is that I was charged $80 of taxes and duty to get the item shipped to Canada.

Cool Jacket, unexpected details
I've been looking for a great leather jacket for a long time. I didn't want anything that looked too much like a motorcycle jacket as I didn't think I could pull that off. But this was a great combo of the cool moto look and a more casual leather jacket. The leather looks like suede and while isn't buttery, it is pretty soft and move-able. I was surprised by the fabric panels on the undersides of the sleeves. I read the other reviews but didn't see anything about that. At first it was a turn off but then I thought it will be great if I want to layer underneath. The jacket lays nicely no matter how you high you zip it up. It fits well except a little tight in the front of the armpits. I decided to keep it only because I got it for a super discount ($179) and free shipping. If you spend any more I'd say it's probably not worth the money.

If you got the right size it'll probably look good
I read the reviews and knew I should have gotten a size xs but there were sold out. I bought the small in hopes it would fit me. It looked baggy on my petite 5'2, 108 lbs frame. I also agree with another reviewer that the material looked faux. I even smelled it and it didn't smell like real leather. All in all, if I had bought a size that fit, still don't know if xs would look right, I may have rated it higher since the price was right. Instead I'm going up another price point tier and getting a Vince leather jacket.

Love it!
After reading the reviews, I ordered an XS (usually a small/4), which fit perfectly. I agree the leather is pretty thin and it does not have the traditional leather jacket look, but it is very soft and comfortable.

Not as good as I hoped
Not what I would expect from and Elie Tahari piece. Matte leather, cut is great, but overall not worthy the $ even on sale. It's going back.

Quality Disappoints
In the picture, it looks like this jacket is buttery, shiny lamb leather. In reality, it has a matte texture similar to faux suede, so similar, that my faux suede jacket actually looks the same. But it's also thin and cheap feeling, and the arms do not have the fitted look I was going for. I weigh 120ish lbs and am usually a size 2, and the XS was too loose all around. It's a shame because the neckline drapes nicely, but that's the only positive thing I can say.
