The dress is relaxed and versatile.
I've been looking for a shirt dress to wear loose or with a belt, again loose or cinched. I have more tapered dresses of a similar style, so I wanted something with more of a relaxed drape. This one fit the bill. The only thing that bothers me about this dress is that a slip -half or full- is required, as the material is a touch thin... for work, at least. I recommend this dress to a slender-to-athletically built woman. Also, I am 5'8", so the 10 is a good length, though some may find it short, if their inseam is longer than 32in. One last mention is the button at the chest; I'd rather it lower to flatter the collar bone and chest, but that's always fixable.
