Weird neck, indeed.
I have to admit, when I read another review that said the neck was a big cowl and it looked weird, I thought, well of course it's a cowl neck, it says so. But when I received the dress.... yeah, I agree. It's weird. It's, like, HUGE. Since I don't have big boobs, you might think this huge cowl would help me out in that department, but no. It made them look long and saggy or something. I liked the dress so much that I did consider taking it to a tailor to see if the neck could be altered but figured that would cost an arm and a leg. So if you've got small boobs this will be weird, and if you've got big boobs it might make them look way bigger?
