I loved the look of these online and when they arrived i found the leather is beautiful. I was looking for an attractive cosmetics bag to keep in my leather tote that I use as a briefcase. I wanted to use it to hold foundation, powder, blush, mascara, lip pencil, eye liner pencil, and eye shadow so that if I don't have time to put all these on before leaving home, I will have a second set in my office bag & be able to finish at work when I arrive. (I already have a set of makeup brushes in a leather holder in my work bag so didn't need anything big enough for brushes). I planned to use one of the smaller ones in this set of 3 to carry my powder compact & lipstick.
I was shocked to find that the LARGEST of these three "COSMETICS BAGS" could hold only my powder compact, lipstick, keys & a short mascara tube! It is even too small to fit a lip pencil in it (6.5" at the widest part, 4.75" at the bottom, max width 3", 4.5" tall).
The smallest seems useless - could be used as a coin purse, I guess. For this price I would have preferred ONE bag big enough for cosmetics basics.
Another issue is the zipper. It unzips too far down the side which makes it easy for items to fall out when you open it.
Furla is a great brand so I am very disappointed in this set. I would expect a company like Furla to have its employees or a focus group test products and provide feedback. In this case that either didn't happen, or wasn't done properly.
