Longchamp's founder, Jean Cassegrain, began his career owning a tobacco store that wanted more out of the accessories for smokers. With the help of a leather supplier next door, slowly Cassegrain found himself in the leather goods business, replacing his cigarettes for bags. Longchamp has expanded its leather bag and accessory collection to include the infamous nylon 'Le Pliage' tote collection in the early 90s. Today, Longchamp remains the go-to brand for refine accessories; from 'Le Pliage', 'Planetes' to the 'Légende' collections, you can't help but covet them all.
