Beautiful but way too long

I love the fabric of this skirt. It's flowy and romantic but for someone who is petite (only 5"), this skirt was incredibly long! Almost a foot too long! And for a size small, it hung very loose around the waist. But because I love the fabric and the look, I'm going to keep it and just get it tailored.
