Great winter coat
This is the warmest winter coat I have ever owned. It was delivered right on time as temperatures hit the single digits. I stayed warm even when outdoors for long periods of time.

I love this coat! It is exactly what I am looking for! Living in MN, I need something long and warm to protect me from the below zero wind chill! This coat definitely does that! The only negative comments I have is that it fits a little smaller than a usual medium, specifially in the shoulders and the hood doesn't stay up/keep my head covered. I usually wear a hat when it's cold so the hood part doesn't matter much to me. All in all, I love the coat and am very pleased with my purchase!

Great except for one change I need to have done.
This coat is great, VERY warm and has a low button so I can wear it with tights/skirt to work and not freeze, even when it's windy. The only/main problem is that the zipper only goes to the middle of my chest for some reason. It falls just below where a normal v-neck tee would fall. I find this really strange. Needless to say, I need to have a tailor add a button so the pillow hood can be buttoned accross and cover my neck and upper chest. The hood could be a little larger to reach over the top of my head but I normally wear a hat anyway. As it is now though, you can not wear this coat without a large scarf if it's cold out. Once I have the button added, it will be great.

Gorgeous coat. I would like the option of having a tighter tie around the neck for when it is really cold and the hood doesn't stay up. Althought I have been wearing it in the snow with just a thin top underneith. Otherwise it is a very feminine, warm, cosy and elegant coat. I am extremely pleased with it

Stinky :(
I absolutely adore this coat except for one thing - it stinks! The fit, style are so nice, but the down is poor quality and it smells like dead ducks. So sad that I have to return it. Even my drycleaner won't touch it. boo hoo!
