It was his unique and artfully shaped lasts and heels that garnered attention from then famous shoe designer Ossie Clark, who used Blahnik’s designs and catapulted his career. Blahnik’s first shop, located in the Chelsea section of London, opened in 1973. Today, you can find his magnificent shoes around the world; each shoe is still carefully designed by Blahnik himself.
