LOOKS GREAT
QUALITY
a little pricey, but very nice
You can easily see how sharp-looking these shoes are. There is a subtle fading to the leather around the sole, especially in front, which I didn't notice in the picture (look close) but is more apparent in person. That makes these slightly less versatile as dress shoes (I still wear them "business casual"). Take care with the lack of tread, too, making them slightly less practical. Overall, I still love the shoes, but the high MSRP might be hard for some to justify for this more limited use; the quality is great, but you can get great quality (and probably more comfort) at this price point pretty readily. You are definitely paying for aesthetics.
I've noticed Mark Nason shoes tend to run slightly large, and these aren't as much so as others, but you still might want to go a half size down if you're not sure.
