Beautiful boot, but wide opening
This boot is beautiful, the leather and detail are gorgeous, but the opening is really wide. I am not petite by any standard (5'9", 140) but these are getting into the rain boot category in terms of style (which is just kind of weird for a nice leather boot). I like so many things about them that I just ended up keeping them too long to return them, but I'm not sure how often I'll actually pull them out of the closet. It's my fault, but I'm disappointed with this purchase. They feel true to size in length, but I think they're a little narrow (I hope they stretch out a bit, but the leather around the foot is fairly hard, so I'm not counting on it).
