Flattery will get you everywhere
First of all, let me say that this dress is exactly the way it looks in the photos online. The color is the same, the cut and the length are accurate. The dress seems as though it will flatter any body type. I have pretty big hips and there's enough room in the A-line skirt to fit easily over them and still flow naturally. The bodice is very flattering and you could probably get plenty of support even without a strapless bra. The ONLY drawback is the overall quality. The dress is made in China, which, while not surprising, leaves telltale signs like a few frayed threads sticking up on the bodice shirring and the hem is not sewn particularly well. The dress will be great for my function, but I'm hardpressed to find justification for the suggested retail price, let alone BlueFly's price. Except, of course, that it's a Nicole Miller.
