Not as good as it looks
I've always liked items like this, color-block, or along those lines. Howvere, using the size charts, it still was quite small, and would be
unworkable if worn over a shirt. The colors are almost the right, but fall a little short on the intensity that could make this look great.
Good concept, very useful item, but needs some tweaking.
