I had bought a Harrison cashmere hat before but I wanted something a little more substantial. This was listed as medium weight so I took a chance on it. I love it. It's a little thicker than the Harrison and is just so so soft. It's ruined wool hats for me. I have a bald head and regular wool can be so itchy but this cashmere hat is like a warm hug. If you are looking for a little heavier than your average cashmere knit hat, give this one a try.
