Great Boot, bring back the '80's...

Comfortable, classic, great price. I'm extremely happy with these boots. Only unusual element is the color of grey - it leans a little towards taupe.

if you need a simple boot in your wardrobe...

i already have a similar boot to this, so they really weren't needed in my closet and aren't something that i fell in love with, so i just sent them back. the quality and leather is fantastic, but they just didn't excite me. if you want a staple sort of everyday boot- and are a city gal that has to walk a lot, it's a good purchase. just not all that exciting. nice to have a unique color b/c not many people wear gray boots though. if you did a monochromatic look with this, it'd be interesting, too--- all gray outfit. but, it just wasn't worth my money on a tight budget. this brand has a reputation for being small... i generally wear a 9, tho sometimes need a 9.5. i got a 9.5 and it fit snugly--- not too snug, but i definitely needed that extra 1/2 size.

Great Boot-Wrong Color

The boot looks better w/o scrunching. The quality of leather is nice. I order a half size up 9.5. The Grey is really a dark taupe, I actually put them against several "true" grey items in my closet. So unfortunately, I'll have to return them.
