I was pretty surprised to see how the bag was actually folded in half and shipped in a very tiny box. When I opened the package, the bag was all right - just a little TOO big. It's much much bigger than the picture above. I expected the famous "Kerr" bag size, but it's much bigger than that. I wanted to use it as a work bag so I tried fitting a laptop in. It fits well, except there's half of empty space left and looks ridiculous. The color is very dull too. I thought the color looked darker in the picture because of the shadow and all, but it's exactly the way it is. Overall, very big, very dull colored, and heavy. I returned it. The service was good and there was no problem with the product (in terms of quality or damage) but the bag itself is so ... ugly :(
