DONATE MY DRESS AND BLUEFLY FAIRY PROM MOTHER CONTEST: How To Enter: Beginning 8:01 A.M. ET, March 2, 2011, through 11:59 P.M. ET, March 31, 2011, email fairyprommother@bluefly.com to nominate a deserving high school girl who deserves to win a prom makeover. Winner Selection: On or about March 31, 2011 one (1) grand prize winner will be selected by Bluefly.com ("Bluefly" or "Sponsor") and the Donate My Dress/Hearst Organization ("Hearst") from among all eligible entries received based on the submissions' creativity, originality, relevance, and need. Prizes & Approximate Retail Value: One (1) grand prize winner will receive a $2,500 Bluefly Credit. In order to redeem the Bluefly Credit, the Grand Prize Winner must have or create a Bluefly account and have a valid credit card on file. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. Winner will be notified by e-mail and/or telephone within 5 business days of the end of the Contest. Bluefly reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel Contest at any time if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper play of the Contest. By participating in the Contest, each participant agrees to release and hold Bluefly, Hearst and their respective employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, representatives, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies and legal advisors, harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the Contest or resulting from acceptance, possess, or use of any prize, including, without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy. All federal, state/provincial and local taxes not listed in prize are sole responsibility of the winners. Bluefly may administer the Contest in its sole discretion and may disallow any votes that it determines, in its sole discretion, are fraudulent, automated or otherwise violate these rules in any way. Participants in the Contest include each person making a nomination and each nominee.

ELIGIBILITY: Nominees must be legal female residents of the 50 United States (except Rhode Island) and the District of Columbia who are between the ages of 15 and 19 years at the time of entry. Void in Puerto Rico, Rhode Island and where prohibited by law. Employees of Bluefly, Hearst, and their respective parents, affiliates and subsidiaries, participating advertising and promotion agencies, and prize suppliers (and members of their immediate family and/or those living in the same of household of each such employee) are not eligible to nominate or be nominated.

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION: Each person making a nomination must have a valid e-mail address and it is that person's responsibility to update Sponsor of any change in e-mail address. By making a nomination, you create a Bluefly account that allows you to use the same email address when you return to the Bluefly Web Site independent from the Contest. This information is subject to Bluefly privacy policy and will not be used for any purpose other than those indicated in the Bluefly privacy policy. Participants who create a Bluefly account by nominating someone for the Contest will be automatically opted-in to receive future emails from Bluefly, but will have the option to opt-out after receiving emails. Expenses not specifically included in prize description and all taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Each prize is awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied outside of manufacturer's limited warranty. No transfer, assignment or substitution of a prize permitted, except Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize for an item of equal or greater value in the event an advertised prize is unavailable. All federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations apply. Participants agree to be bound by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to this Promotion. Winners (and parent or legal guardian if winner is a minor) may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and where legally permissible a Publicity Release within 7 days following the date of first attempted notification. Failure to comply with this deadline may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner. Return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and its agencies to use winner's name and/or likeness, biographical material and/or entry (including an altered form of the entry) for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. By accepting prize, winner agrees to hold Bluefly, Hearst and their respective advertising and promotion agencies and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, representative agents, successors, assigns, officers, directors, and employees harmless for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused by participation in the Promotion or acceptance or use of the prize. Neither Bluefly nor Hearst is responsible for any printing, typographical, mechanical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Promotion or in the announcement of the prize. INTERNET: Neither Bluefly nor Hearst is responsible for electronic transmission errors resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions or limitations of any kind, or inaccurate transmissions of or failure to receive entry information by Sponsor or presenter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site or any combination thereof. If for any reason the Internet portion of the program is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Promotion, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to select winners from eligible entries received as of the termination date. Sponsor further reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process. Sponsor may prohibit any person from participating in a Promotion if it determines that said participant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion by cheating, hacking, deception or other unfair playing practices or intending to abuse, threaten or harass other participants. Caution: Any attempt by a participant to deliberately damage any Web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such participant to the fullest extent of the law. DISPUTES/CHOICE OF LAW: Except where prohibited, each participant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by state or federal courts situated in New York, NY, (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (3) no punitive, incidental, special, consequential or other damages, including without limitation lost profits may be awarded (collectively, "Special Damages"), and (4) participant hereby waives all rights to claim Special Damages and all rights to have such damages multiplied or increased. New York State law, without reference to New York's choice of law rules, governs the Promotion and all aspects related thereto.

SUBMISSIONS: : Winners will be determined via the processes set forth below for this Sweepstakes. All selected potential winners must comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules, and all winnings are contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. Sponsors' decisions as to the administration and operation of the Sweepstakes are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. There will be five (5) random, computer-generated drawings during the promotion period. A drawing will take place each day during the promotion period. The potential grand prize winner (or parent/legal guardian if winner is a minor in his/her state of residence) will be required to sign and return to Sponsor, within seven (7) days of the date notice or attempted notice is sent, an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and Publicity Release in order to claim his/her prize and fulfill any such other requirements as determined by Administrator. If any potential winner cannot be contacted, or fails to sign and return the Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and Publicity Release (when applicable) within the required time period, potential winner forfeits prize. If any potential winner cannot be contacted or if prize is returned as undeliverable, potential winner forfeits prize. In the event that a potential winner of a grand prize is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. There will be three (3) alternate drawings after which the applicable Grand Prize will remain un-awarded. Prizes will be fulfilled approximately 8-10 weeks after the conclusion of the Sweepstakes. Administrator will notify the potential winners by mail, email or phone at that time.

Non-endorsement: Each participant making a nomination represents and warrants that he or she has received permission from the nominee, and that both the person making the nomination and the nominee understand and agree that the Sponsor may display all materials provided (collectively, the "Submission") publicly, both on its website and in other media. Each participant further represents that its Submissions do not infringe any third party's intellectual property rights, do not invade any third party's privacy, are not illegal, obscene, threatening, abusive, libelous, slanderous, defamatory, fraudulent, misleading, prejudicial or otherwise injurious to third parties. You may not impersonate anyone in any posting and may not mislead anyone as to the source of any Submission. Participants are solely responsible for their Submissions. Bluefly reserves the right to screen, remove or edit any Submission, but is under no obligation to do so. Under no circumstances will Bluefly or Hearst, or any of their respective officers, directors, employees or affiliates, be liable for any Submission or any damage caused by the publication of such Submission. When a participant make a Submission, he or she is automatically granting Bluefly and its affiliates a royalty-free, worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual, fully sublicensable and irrevocable right to use, distribute, reproduce, modify, adapt, publicly perform and display, translate and create derivative works from such Submission in any media, as well as the right to use participant's and nominee's name in connection with such Submission, if Bluefly so chooses. Participants also agree that Bluefly may keep records indicating the source of a Submission, and any information related to such Submission, and may disclose such information as it may determine, in its sole discretion, including, without limitation, in order to comply with law or legal process, to enforce the terms of these rules, to respond to any complaint that such Submission violates the rights of any third party, to respond to customer service requests or to assist in the protection of any person.
