About 3.1 phillip lim

One day, Thailand-born Phillip Lim quit his retail job at Barneys and would never look back. Having very little knowledge of fashion design, he landed an internship with designer Katayone Adeli which eventually led to a position on her design team. At the age of 31, Lim designed his first collection with business partner and friend Wen Zhou, who also happened to be 31 years old at the time (thus the brand's moniker). He then moved from LA to New York, where Lim and the brand reside today. Lim's mission to create ''beautiful everyday classics accented with touches of madness'', which he does with modern and easy pieces that always make a statement. Whether it's dresses, tops, skirts, pants or outerwear, Lim always manages to incorporate that certain 'Je ne sais pas'.

I really love this skirt. I searched for a long time to find an Ivory skirt to match a top I had purchased a while ago. The top just didn't look right until I found this beautiful skirt. It fits well and looks great!
