This dress is very elegant, the purple is a nice rich eggplant color. The dress is very flowy but has great structure around the bust. You could add a brooch to the front where the material gathers to really make it pop. It would look better on someone more pear shaped. On me, it made me look very straight up and down; I decided to return.

loved the color and the subtle texture were very pretty. but the dress is really REALLY long. Even with 4" heels i would have had to remove a ton of fabric to keep from stepping on it. i had to return it :(

I think this dress could have been great, the length, the color, the ruffles - were all very good. But the bad part is the boning just didn't work on my body style. I have a short torso and the boning dug into me on all sides. Maybe would work better on a longer torso'ed person. Had to return.
