For how much it costs (with duties/customs on top of that), I'm really not impressed with the quality.
Especially with the zipper. It's so difficult to maneuver and gets stuck all the time. Y'd think a brand like Ben Minkoff would invest in actual working zippers, but apparently not.
The bag looks nice. My hubby liked the pockets and general size.

Beautiful leather bag, however the front pocket was defective: it appears that in the process of embossing a small logo on the front pocket that the leather was damaged, imprinting a faint striped pattern into the leather. Very disappointing, as, otherwise, the bag is beautiful and well constructed.
