It was a hard color to match-ultramarine. The design was perfect - not overwhelming, but interesting. It hit on the right spot on this blocked dress in ultramarine, black and mustard. It did not compete with the peplum. I have been looking for a long time for an appropriate piece. I found it for a great price on Bluefly!

It's cute, but not as nice as I'd hoped in person. Like the other reviewer said, it's lightweight which is good for wear. For the price it's a decent statement piece.
