I did get this for its advertised (headband) use, but I found a fantastic different look. I have a black smallish fedora hat. I placed this item between the brim and the top of the hat and (at least to me) looks cute and unique. It upgrades a casual/jeans look. If another headband in a different color/style but same price showed up, I would probably purchase the headband.
