I already own a Grace hat that I love so I decided to get this one. I saw it on another site for almost twice the price and very expensive shipping, so getting the hat on bluefly was a no brainer. I love the quality of this hat and the flower with button detail. It is soft and cozy and cute. The color is easy to match my wardrobe with. The only complaint I have is that there is a crease from being folded right in the middle of the brim, but I think that will come out with time.

This hat is really soft and made well. The problem is when I put it on, I looked like I had weird bangs. No one in my family thought it looked right on me, so it had to go back.

Not as described - shiny gold threads

I was very disappointed when I received this hat because the description did not include the fact that the hat is interwoven with shiny gold metallic thread throughout. The picture does not show how shiny/metallic this makes the hat. I have to return because this not what I was looking for. Other than that, the shape of the hat is very flattering and seems to be well made.

Hat description online states "NO SIZE" which I interpreted as One Size Fits All.
When I received the hat, it was CLEARLY labeled XL. It came down over my ears and was still too tall on my head.
