It’s no question that the name Hickey Freeman is unanimous with finely tailored, high quality apparel. Right at the turn of the 20th century, two young entrepreneurs in Rochester, New York named Jacob Freeman and Jeremiah Hickey founded the iconic brand with the goal of providing high quality, hand tailored suits to men across the country. Needless to say, their dream became quite a success story. Over 100 years later, Hickey Freeman is still one of the leading brands in menswear. With a focus on authenticity, quality and innovation, Hickey Freeman suits are a testament to delicate
hand craftsmanship and the consistency of modern technologies. From the first day of production in 1899, Hickey Freeman has lived up to their motto "Keep the Quality Up", and they certainly always will.

Timeless classic

I have several blazers from well known USA and UK men clothiers but this became my favorite. The cut, fabric and craftsmanship are outstanding, it fits me like a glove. I just love it.

You can count on Hickey Freeman

This is my first black blazer. I have bought Hickey Freeman suits and sport coats before and they do not dissapoint. This is a beautiful blazer with fine details. I had the handsome metal buttons made fuctional at the cuff. The material is somewhat lightweight for a cashmere blend and tends to wrinkle. Those are my only complaints. Call Hickey Freeman for extra buttons if you need them.

Hickey Freeman quality. But a few surprises.

Excellent quality, as advertised. Pants actually a 5" drop (not 7" as advertised). Surprised the suit had no sleeve buttons and that the sleeve itself is left open. Assume they have been left this way to give the user the option to create a custom button hole at the sleeve. Found the fit in the upper shoulders a bit tight (more European than the classic 'Madison' cut from H-F). Padding in the shoulders not too severe but a bit more than I am use to. Overall great quality but a few too many surprises.

Older style

Shoulders were padded and gave the top a very odd look. Perhaps meant for an older style/look. The coat itself is very well made and extremely warm. The buttons have a very large design/emblem on them that was a bit much. Fit is larger than expected (ordered a large, more like an L-XL).
