This coat is so well made it will last the rest of my life. But beware, it runs very large. I have an athletic build, weigh around 150 and usually wear a 10-12 as I dislike tight clothing. I bought a medium and had to send it back as you could have fit two people inside it. I then bought the small and it fits better. It is still roomy, I could wear a couple of very heavy sweaters underneath and still have room.
If wearing a heavy coat makes you feel like you are in a straight jacket then this is the coat for you. Because of the dolman cut you can move and stretch easily and though it is a good thick wool the cape does not feel heavy and cumbersome.
I'm only sorry that winter is over in my area and I'll have to wait till next year to wear this beautiful cape coat.

The quality of the fabric and construction is fantastic, but I'm swimming it. Adds a quick 20 lbs. Sad to returning it.

Loved the quality & styling, exactly what I was looking for, wanted an oversized fit to wear over jackets & seaters but I would need to gain 20lbs for it to fit! 5'2", 105.
