Unlike the last review, I found the ball and loop closure reasonably easy to put on and off.
I have thence bought every piece of this designer's on Bluefly. Every one wows me with its superb quality and dazzling color and design. Buy them before they are gone!

When I saw this online, it reminded me two types of jewelries I have: Massai tribal people's work, and Italian Murano glass beaded necklaces. This is reasonably light weight, sturdy, and very well made. It hangs beautifully. Perfect for a black top, sweater.
The color is brighter and give out more bling than the photo here. Certainly doesn't feel like cheap plastic or glass. I bought also the gold beaded wrap golden beaded bracelet by the same designer. I wore them both with a simple black tunic top and leggings. They are fun and eye-popping, yet understated and elegant, not over the top; the kind of casual tasteful metro bling. And the necklace is certainly fit as a statement piece for dressing up for a special event.
Well worth the price.

When I saw this online, it reminded me of Kenyan Massai tribal people's work - almost identical technique, but this is much better made. light weight, sturdy, the ball & loop closure is secure and reasonably maneuverable.
The color is more of an overall gold, brighter than the brownish photo here. I bought also the gold beaded 'Super Holiday' necklace by the same designer. I wore them both with a simple black tunic top and leggings. They are fun and eye-popping, yet understated and elegant, not over the top; the kind of casual tasteful metro bling.
