Had my eye on this dress for almost a year! In fact, maybe over a year but no one ever had my size. When I first saw this, I couldn't afford it, then nobody sold it anymore except Bluefly but only size L was in stock. I looked it up again and wha-la! XS in stock! Anyway, the dress feels great on, however, the top accessory and the general weight of the dress kind of pull it downwards so the top half of the dress is a little stretched out. I'm petite and XS so it is a little roomy up above, if you know what I mean.... The material is great though, quality is great. Originally I thought there was a defect in the dress because the dress is shorter above one of the knees but after looking at many different photos of it, I realized that it is just the peculiar style of the dress. It's definitely a nice update to the boring cocktail dress! Wish it was shorter and tighter though....

Love everything except the holes...

Okay, so I thought the tears in the shirt looked cool on the website, but everyone I wear this shirt around in real life asks me if I tore my shirt. I guess it is possible they just don't have any style, but actually, the tear isn't mended or anything, so it really looks like I got stuck on a stick or something. Nonetheless, I love this shirt too much to let anyone's teasing stop me from wearing it. When I wear the shirt at night, the sequiny flowers just sparkle and look gorgeous. Love, love, love the flowers. About the sizing, I always order a L in shirts because I have big boobs and a lame gut, but this shirt actually flatters my shape somehow.

I love the concept of this shirt... however, it did not translate to my body quite the way I had hoped. I love loose, bigger shirts as much as I love fitted, tailored ones. This top feels boxy and just hangs stiffly. I don't feel incredibly confident in it as I have with so many other wonderful Bluefly purchases. I do really like the asymmetrical detail on top. Hopefully with more washes the shape will soften and hang more naturally.
