About Rolando Santana

A native of Cuernavaca, Mexico, Rolando Santana’s desire for fashion was nurtured by his mother’s dressmaking business and knack for construction and sewing. Finding inspiration amongst textiles and fabrics, Santana’s childhood passion led him to New York where he studied fashion design at FIT and assisted designer Spenser Jeremy. In 2009 Santana launched his dress line with collections ranging from exotic skins and rebellious edge to flirty prints and soft femininity. His dresses have been favored by Real Housewife Alex McCord and socialite Tinsley Mortimer, but Santana’s objective remains simple. Versatile designs that make every woman feel beautiful. A contemporary visionary with an economical approach Santana explains, “Ninety percent of my styles you can wear without a destination in mind.”

Love this dress!

I'm 5'2" and 107 lbs. I ordered a size 2 and it fit me perfectly! It fell about 3" above the knee. The material is soft soft and I love the little ruffles at the sleeve and down one side. Great all around party dress.

Great trench, bad color ("tan")

I bought this trench in black and liked it so much (despite its one short-coming, which is it's an unlined coat), I thought I would check out the tan. Unfortunately, the tan looks more like khaki, which is not a good color on me, so I returned it.

I love this trench! I've not seen too many trench coats with a feminine, almost flirty flounce (sorry for the alliteration!), which I love; and since I am petite, I love the 3/4 sleeve. Only thing that stopped me from giving it 5-stars is the fact that it is unlined. The seams are very well-sewn and finished--I just wish it had a lining. Overall, I love my purchase and will definitely follow this designer.

It is so nice but does not fit the contours of my body like i want it to. but if i got a size smaller then it would be too short. I will still wear it though because it's not like i am fat
