Half size too big

I am a size 7.5 and all my Tod's shoes I bought fit me perfectly with that size. Oddly, for this model it was too big so I had to return it and purchase a half size smaller. Size 7 in this model fit me well so I was able to keep it. It is made in Italy but on the box it said the calf hair leather is made in China. This shoe is flat yet it has a nice dressy feel, perfect for those days when you need to walk around a lot and can't wear heels for too long but need to look dressy.

This shoe is wearable with practically everything in my wardrobe. Tods shoes are high quality Italian craftsmanship that I love to own. Best of the best! The price was unbeatable.

I ordered a size 39 because I typically wear a size 9, the shoes must run small because I can barely get my foot into it. I am so disappointed because I got them at a great price and now the price has gone up. Not sure that I will reorder a bigger size unless the price goes down. The shoes are beautiful, bummer!!!
