Bubble-y and not in a good way

This dress looks fantastic on the mannequin; the price was great, and I love red. Perfect, right? No. I am a size 4, with a small waist, and although the dress was not tight, the pleats and pockets did not lay flat, and the back made it look like bubble butt central. Not a flattering look. I returned it.
