Lazy customer service

I have bought 2 pairs of shoes, but wasn't sure about the sizing. When I established that the size could be small for me, I wanted to cancel the order (it hasn't been shipped yet). I called customer service first thing in the morning (I have bought shoes overnight), the purchase could not have been physically processed yet and asked to cancel, but customer service couldn't cancel as the shoes went onto "processing stage". Moreover, shipping price to Australia was $70 for 2 pairs of shoes, which is extremely high, and I have been waiting for my purchase for more then 2 weeks now. Tracking number Bluefly gave me says "the order does not exist". I asked customer service for international tracking number, but they couldn't be bothered investigating and just told me to wait. Overall, I am dissapointed.

I have lots of Prada shoes that I love. I am a big fan of the platform for added height and comfort. However, these shoes were not comfortable and they looked 'boxy' on my feet so I returned them.

I have been looking all summer for a tan wedge sandal, and finally found these. The heel is 4", but the rise makes them feel like 2" (thanks to the platform). They are light and comfortable, and I can wear them all day. The are a nice neutral tan color and go with just about everything.
