Nice dress, fit is unexpected!

I think this is a nice quality dress, but when i received the dress, the top was unproportional compared to the rest of the dress. I ordered a large because I have a large chest and curvy hips, and although it fit fine about my hips, the top was extremely saggy. the straps are very long and not adjustable. I was literally swimming in the top and I don't usually have this problem. Cute dress, but it does not fit well at all.

I ended up returning this dress. It's just not dressy enough for what I was wanting to wear it for. It did fit well and was comfortable, although the straps were too long and cannot be adjusted.
