I ordered this dress for an upcoming wedding. I ordered it in 2 sizes and ended up needed the next size up, so I would say the dress runs small. The silk would be a nightmare for any event. If you sit it will wrinkle in no time. Plus it tends to ride up, so you may find yourself constantly pulling it down. The construction of the dress is quality, but I would still say it isn't worth the money.
