Broken zippers

I opened the box and the sandals looked great. When I tried to unzip the back of the right sandal, I found that the zipper got stuck half way down. When I tried to unzip the back of the left sandal, I saw that the zipper was completed busted. Poor quality. Disappointed.

These are beautiful, well made sandals. I had to return mine because they run one size large. I was disappointed that they didn't work out for me as I would have loved to have added them to my wardrobe.
