Terrible fit

I am a size 8, I ordered an 8 and this shoe fit as if it were a size 6. The material is very very stiff and it almost seemed like it wouldn't stretch at all. I immediately shipped it back for store credit. If the shoe doesn't fit the first time, it never will.
