This is a fantastic looking bag, however calling it "patent leather" in the blurb is a little misleading. It isn't at all shiny, and I'm not sure that it is actual leather. The material feels like it would scratch and scuff easily, so this is going to be my going out bag instead of something to use every day. It's bigger then I expected, and with a shorter chain, but it's a good shape with hot coral twist, perfect for summer. Still, I'm glad I only paid the sale price for it; I definitely would not have bought it at retail cost.
