Just the right bling

Needed something sparkly but not too clingy for a night out in LA. This dress was perfect. The bottom half fits just right across the hips but the top is a little blousy which gives it a sexy but not sleazy look. Wore it with some chunky suede heels - a total hit. Price point was awesome. And the sequins weren't falling off everywhere - BONUS!!!
