Return Policy

Holiday Returns

Extended Holiday Returns- Returnable items purchased between November 20th, 2024 and December 16th, 2024 can have a return initiated by January 15th, 2025.  All items must be scanned by the carrier no later than January 15th, 2025.  Items returned after January 15th, 2025 may not be refunded if they are outside the extended holiday return policy.

Your satisfaction is our priority! If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for returns and are excluded from exchanges. These items will be clearly labeled on the product page and during checkout.

Returns must be in their original, unused, and undamaged condition, with all tags attached and packaging included.

Fragrance and skincare returns are accepted on merchandise that is in original, unopened, and unused condition (including all packaging) within 14 days from delivery date unless the item is marked ‘Final Sale.’ Items that have been opened or used will not be accepted for return.

Bluefly has extended its product offering and included a wider variety of products through our Marketplace partners. Products ship from different warehouses and must be returned to the correct address.

You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization or RMA number and a shipping label when returning a product. Please follow the directions given for each product you are trying to return. There is a chance that you will receive different RMA and shipping labels for multiple items within one order. To receive your refund, please follow the RMA instructions, package products separately, and apply the appropriate shipping label to each return. Bluefly cannot process your refund if products are returned to the incorrect address.

*Important Note: Late returns will not be accepted past their indicated returns period, and no refund will be issued. Our system prevents prepaid shipping labels and returns authorization forms from being created past the returns window. All returns have a 7-day shipping window from when the RMA is assigned. Shipping charges are not refundable. 

An initial fee of $12.95 will be deducted from your refund for the first shipment of every order for processing of the return. If you have multiple returns on the same order, a fee of $4.95 for each additional shipment will apply. Additionally, $1 insurance will be deducted for every $100 item in every shipment. Please note that outbound shipping charges are not refunded when making a return.

LATE RETURNS

Your item(s) should be sent back to us within 14 days of the order being confirmed delivered. 

REPEAT RETURNS

We aim to provide a convenient returns process to improve your shopping experience. However, we keep track of each customer's return activity. Excessive returns may be reviewed and, at our discretion, could lead to account closure or the refusal of future purchases.

Final Sale Policy

FINAL SALE items are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit. If you have questions on sizing, don't hesitate to get in touch with us.

Any "Final Sale" items returned without prior authorization may be restocked, and no refund will be provided.

Exchanges

At Bluefly, our products are offered in limited quantities and for a limited time. Due to the nature of our marketplace and the wide variety of suppliers we work with, we are unable to accommodate exchanges. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we recommend returning the item and placing a new order, subject to our return policy. Please note that the availability of items may change quickly due to limited stock.

Return Process

Step 1: Please click here to begin the returns process and follow the onscreen instructions.

Step 2: If your order qualifies for an online return and is within the return window, follow the prompts to "Create a Return Label."

If you see a link that says "Click here for Returns," please reach out to our customer service team at flyrep@bluefly.com. Be sure to include your order number and the items you'd like to return and the reason for return. A representative will follow up with you to create an RMA and provide a shipping label.

Please note: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery unless items are marked ‘Final Sale.’ All items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

Refunds

Returns will be processed in 5-10 business days from the date we receive your package. If an RMA is not provided with your refund, delays can take up to 2 weeks.

Depending on your card issuer, your refund may take 5-10 business days to appear on your billing statement.
